You have a parasite
We’ve administered some tests and the results are in, you’ve tested positive for a parasite.
What are you going to do? What lengths would you go to to ensure the removal of the parasite?
Just a second, what exactly is a parasite anyway?
By definition, a parasite is:
an organism that lives in or on an organism… (its host) and benefits by deriving nutrients at the other’s expense.
It is quite common for a person to have no idea that they are carrying a parasite, as often times it presents no symptoms at all. You could carry it for months or years and be none the wiser. Then one day, it gets to the point where you start noticing it. It begins creating various ailments on your body.
Soon you start experiencing an increase in bloating, discomfort in your abdomen, diarrhoea, inflammation, constipation, and a skin rash. Now this parasite has gotten to the point where you feel it’s time to take medication and get it out of your system. But it’s not that simple. The only way to get the parasite out of your system is to push it out, make it’s living situation as uncomfortable as possible and start taking medication or supplements to kill it.
You notice an immediate improvement. The rash starts clearing up, you have more energy and some symptoms you hadn’t even realised you had begin improving.
Now imagine your mother, father, brother, sister, daughter, son, best friend is experiencing the same issue you had. Would you recommend them to do whatever they can to improve their condition, to rid themselves of the parasite so they too can be at their best?
What if this friend was planet Earth… what if we were the parasite?
What if the planet is desperately trying to rid itself of its parasite, voraciously trying to improve and heal? Each fire, hurricane, earthquake, tornado, flood, an attempt to make our atmosphere more uncomfortable, so we stop causing the Earth so much discomfortable.
This virus seems to be doing the trick… the symptoms have calmed. There’s less travel by car and planes, thereby dramatically reducing or eliminating pollution. Our poor naive planet has no idea we’re just laying low, waiting for the opportunity to come back in full force.
I wonder what medication it will use next…
